These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all mobile applications published by AHHADev ("we," "us," or "our") on the Google Play Store. These Terms apply to all current and future app releases by this developer.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you — or the parent/guardian acting on behalf of a minor — agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our apps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on behalf of a minor user.
If you are a parent or guardian permitting a child to use our apps, you agree to be responsible for supervising the child's use and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our apps
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
- Use the apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Sell, resell, or sublicense the apps to any third party
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the apps
3. Children's Use & Parental Responsibility
Our apps are designed for children and are intended to be used under parental supervision. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.
As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:
- Supervising your child's use of our apps
- Ensuring your child uses the apps appropriately
- Managing in-app purchase settings on your child's device
- Reviewing app content before allowing your child to use it
4. In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features or remove advertisements. All purchases are:
- Processed securely by Google Play
- Subject to Google Play's Terms of Service
- Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by children. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play.
5. Advertisements
Some of our apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using these apps, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Ads are served by Google AdMob and subject to Google's policies
- All ads are configured with child-directed treatment as required by COPPA
- We do not control which specific ads are shown
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements
6. Intellectual Property
All content within our apps — including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, sounds, music, text, and software — is the exclusive property of AHHADev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in our apps without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Any defects will be corrected
- The apps are free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results of using the apps will meet your expectations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AHHADev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our apps.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
9. Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate third-party services including Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Google Play. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services or content.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of our apps after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
